I'm Chad, I'm 27 going on 40, and I'm a call center workforce analyst. Basically, I look at call volume reports and figure out if our staffing plan is adequate to handle volume. In my remaining 128 hours a week, I'm typically nerding out on my PowerBook, goofing around with my Linux box, reading up on cars, and planning to take over the world. I have BAs in Marketing and IT, have five cumulative years of Japanese language education, and drive a Subaru.

What can I say.  I like Wii, Excel, Flickr, and my 1965 Chevy Truck.  I work as a marketing and sales analyst, running reports & geeking out on Excel and SQL all day.  In whats remaining of my day, I change diapers.  That is all.
